We are finally done with January & February. I unhooked the Battery Tender Plus yesterday when I got home, and today I am driving the 09 Alpha for the first time since first week or so of January. It is a good day so far.



I needed it to go pick up a trailer load of steel pipe, but the weather is improving way ahead of the usual in Detroit. Not much of a Winter around here. Could have drove it some days here or there, but been busy. I got my 09 Alpha Off Road from the south, absolutely zero rust and I intend to keep it that way. No need to drive on the salted roads of the north, I always have an alternate winter ride.

So how about you guys up here in northern winter land, do you drive 'em, store 'em, or head south?

 

Oh yeah, and its FRIDAY so that makes it even a better day!

 

I’m driving to west Texas with the H2 and do some flying this weekend as well.
Any one want some pork chops or bacon?

The H3T gets parked at the beginning of November for the winter. It's never been driven in Michigan salt.

 

I agree, road salt is just plain bad doodoo. We are both avoiding that.

Looks like a good day forecast for tomorrow so............ gonna be the Alpha again.
