Default Hummer's "auto" response to my plea to save

Sent my thoughts and feeling to Hummer:
I think the VP for GM is making a
huge mistake! He needs to tell Obama
to go pound sand! We love the Hummer
brand, currently own an H3 and
considering an H2, or was, if it
moves forward or not. Take a look at
the Hummer Forums online, do some
market research for God's sake!
Here is the "auto" response:
Thank you for contacting HUMMER. We appreciate the time you have taken to write us.

We realize that many of our loyal customers are disappointed with the recent decision to wind down the HUMMER brand, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this announcement may have caused you. General Motors announced a year ago plans to sell or wind down the brand as part of focusing our efforts on our core brands (Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Buick). We have considered several possibilities for HUMMER, and we are also disappointed that the deal with Tengzhong for the sale of HUMMER could not be completed. Therefore, we are beginning the wind down process, which will take several months. If there are viable alternatives for all or part of the brand during wind down, we will consider them. In the meantime, GM will honor existing Hummer vehicle warranties and will work during the wind-down process to communicate with Hummer customers to transition their business to other GM dealers. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

At HUMMER, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. If we can be of any further assistance please email us or call 1-800-732-5493 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 9pm Eastern Time, and Saturday 9am to 6pm. Thank you for contacting HUMMER.

Sincerely,

The HUMMER Marketing Team
So I responded:
C'mon! I don't want the "marketing VP" answer! We want to know what's going
on! These aren't KIA's! These are $30-70k trucks! GM is about to lose a very
loyal base, and this is the best you can do? FIRE the VP of Marketing and
get someone in there that know's what the hell the consumer will put down
$50,000 or more for.
Get Real, this is 2010!
Sincerely,
Stay tuned....
