A 2007 Hummer H2's 100,000-mile maintenance should include
replacing the spark plugs, all filters (engine oil, air, and transmission), and flushing all fluids (engine oil, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, and coolant). It's also critical to inspect and service key components like the brakes, steering and suspension system, and drive belts and hoses for wear, as well as rotate the tires. Engine and fluids
  • Engine oil and filter: Change the engine oil and filter.
  • Spark plugs: Replace the spark plugs.
  • Air filter: Replace the engine air filter.
  • Transmission fluid: Drain and replace the automatic transmission fluid and filter.
  • Transfer case fluid: Change the transfer case fluid.
  • Coolant: Inspect the coolant and consider a flush and replacement if it looks contaminated.
  • Brake fluid: A flush is recommended around this mileage.
Inspection and service
  • Brakes: Inspect the entire brake system, including pads and rotors.
  • Steering and suspension: Check for wear in components like ball joints, bushings, and other suspension parts.
  • Exhaust system: Inspect the exhaust system for any issues.
  • Fuel system: Check the fuel system.
  • Drive belts and hoses: Inspect for signs of wear and cracking.
  • Tires and wheels: Rotate the tires and adjust air pressure.
  • Body and chassis: Perform a thorough inspection of the body and chassis.
Other checks
  • Windshield wipers and washer fluid: Inspect wipers and check the washer fluid level.
  • Shift linkage: Inspect the shift linkage.

In order to answer your question we would need to know when you last did a Tune Up(replace spark plugs and ignition wires, fuel induction service); change transmission fluid; Drivetrain Fluids(Front Rear Differential Drive Line System Services, Transfer Case Fluid(change fluid).

As was said, if never, yeah you need all of that. If you did some of the items at like 75K miles, then those might be able to wait a while.
