Default day time running lights

Hey guys very new to this forum and i have a problem with my 03 H2. The daytime running lights do not work. They originally did (the ones in the front bumper) but i had HID installed in the headlights, and wanted that same look but in the daytime driving light. So i bought some LED bulbs. After 1 month they started to blink on and off then i took them both out. I order a different set of LED bulbs in hyper white color i installed them and i can't get them to light up. Is there a fuse for a relay for these lights? Thanks for your help. Also is there a free online FSM?

There is a FUSE, but an easy check is turn the LED bulb 180% and see if it works!!!

The LED's ONLY work ONE WAY....I figured that out the SAME WAY in my DRL's!!

Thanks Hummbob I have tried both ways on the bulbs. Any way to trick the daytime running lights to come on even if i'm not driving around? This would make this test alot easier. Even when they were working they never came on when i started the truck in Park. they would turn one after i started driving down the road.

Ok i checked the fuse and its ok.

Yeah, No idea!! When I was trying to figure it out, I did it facing a window at my gym so when I put it in drive and the DRL's came on, I could see if they lit...
