Airbag light came on....

Check the fuse......maybe it has blown, if so replace the fuse, if not blowen, make sure there is no dust/dirt/sand etc in there and that the fuse ends are clean so can make good contact......then if no success get it checked.....
I take my fuse out every weekend for dessert driving and put back in afterwards..done this for 2.5 yrs no problem...recently light came on when fuse was in after taking in/out a few times light went off and the correct orange light came on to show working...good luck...

Hey guys, was just wondering on any other diagnosis on this issue. My airbag light has been on for a long time, and I cannot figure out what to do to make it go away. It is for the passenger airbag. I have removed/checked/put back in all plausible fuses. I tried to check under the seat for any loose harness, but either I cannot find it and I am not unsure what to look for. I drive my friends around often so it would be comforting to me to know that they are safe.

Codes numbers and descriptions always help. I had a passengerpresence code in mine a while ago. Most of the systems run a low amp, low voltage system and even little tarnish can throw a code. Unplugging the module and plugging it back in was all it took to get the light out. It's been out for a year now. My code was B0092 - Passenger Presence System 1 circuit failure. May not work for your air bag problem.
