Thumbs up LED HeadLight swap ?!

Hi guys,
I own 2009 hummer h3 (3.7 i5 engine auto transmission (not sure what exact trim) )
so I understand that the Headlight Bulb socket type is H13 , correct ?
I found this kit

USD $ 109.99 - Conquer® 30W 3000Lumens H13 High Power High Brightness Cree LED Headlight Headlamp for Car, Free Shipping On All Gadgets!

30w 3000lumens(high), 2400lumens(low)
24w(low), 30w(high)

has Cree led's ip68 waterproof

6000k color temp

questions ! !

#1 Is Conquer a reputable brand? will it play nicely with the car? no CEL due to low power consumption? or worse will the car shut them down (thinking it's short circuit or open circuit or burned bulb) ?

#2 How will it look with the reflector in the lens housing ?! will it blind people? does hi and low works as intended ? how will the beam looks like smooth or shattered ?

#3 any heat problem in the lens housing ? any meltdown

#4 I assume it has built in cooling fan (is the fan and it's components (coil and ball bearing are waterproof) ?

#5 Do you think it has a (load resistor or something) to simulate higher current draw( in order to foal CANBUS ((I don't want that)) ? or the CREE LED's really draw 30w ? my point in switching to LED's to reduce power usage and strain on my alternator.

#6 Thanks for reading this long thread and have a nice day

I just managed to remove the passenger side bulb( it was a tight location btw the airbox going in the way , my hands size aren't helping me) ( the driver side bulb seems tight idk if one if the legs melted into the plug, I hope not )

it appears to be an H4 bulb socket (just like US electrical plugs, earth being | not o (|-|) of course not talking about earth just an illustration )

why does Sylvania or osram website lists the bulb as h13?

or it's region specific ( I live in Kuwait )
the bulb is osram bilux 55/60w not sure about exact part number didn't note it down

any insight?

It is indeed H13 here in the states. Idk as far as other locations. I'm uncertain as to 3k lumens for headlight. Jmho.

well, it seems that my hummer is indeed H4 !!!! I tried to search around the web for hummer h3 h4 socket references and found nothing (not that owners of h3 in my country post anything on the web)

anyways h4 is a bonus to me seems more durable than plastic plugs in h13

btw what is the wattage rating of h13 bulbs fitted in hummer h3 in the US ?

I found this kit

USD $ 97.95 - 40W 6000K H4 Hi Lo Car LED Headlight CREE XML2 Chips, Free Shipping On All Gadgets!

can you please take a look at it ?

it seems that it had it own reflector wrapped around the bulb

how will that work ? (can I remove the reflector from the lens housing? )

20w each bulb 40 w total
2400lm each 4800lm total

no mention of high beam lumens I assume that beam output is low beam

thanks again for your replay and your time

On the Phillips bulbs H13 it is 60/55. This is what was in my H3 and an exact replacement set was used.
The fog/driving lights in lower grill H10/9140/9145 which is 40w & 45w.
Light output I'm uncertain of as I've not run leds for headlight yet. Sorry.

Thanks Chris

apparently it looks like middle east region (Kuwait exactly) is different

right now I have the bulb in my hand
it's "osram bilux 64193 germany 12v 60/55w h4 u37r e1"

regarding light output, could you describe the beam pattern ? not lumens and brightness

I just want to know if I used leds straight into the housing will it blind others? using stock reflector? I know HID needs projector to output balanced beam pattern

what should I do to make it smooth looking pattern that doesn't blind people ?!

sorry for all of my questions

have a nice day

and regarding fog lights

I mistakenly purchased h11 bulbs ? (is there anyway to plug these in ? or they are completely different socket? can I modify it or shave some plastic pieces off the bulb and plug it in no need to do it securely though )

and most important ? will the car display any error or kill the bulbs? due to lower wattage?
