Default Replacing Rear Springs

I have a 2008 with about 80K miles on it and I was looking to replace the rear springs. For those who have done this, how difficult is it to do?

Also, any input on going with OEM or an aftermarket spring?

Thanks!!!

You mean shocks? or do you actually want to replace the springs?

I mean the springs. I did my shocks already. I just have never replaced springs before and want to see if this is something I can handle, or if I should take it to a mechanic.
