So my interior guy tells me that he can cut off the big square support and cover the remaining ugly spot for about $50.00 per door, depending on what I want done. The "Depending on what I want done" part is where it always gets expensive for me. I dont used the map pockets anyway they only seem to serve as a catch all for chicken nuggets and my daughters accessories. Does anyone know or have they tried fitting later model year door panels to the earlier doors? I saw a few full sets of Black and sienna panels for the 08-09.

Edit- Gm 10396625 is the part number for the rear door 03-09. You may end up making some minor tweaks but if you doors are too bad it could be an option.... just sayin

That's a good question I have been wondering myself, what's different on the 08 & 09's those panels are cheap and everywhere! Next time I pass a lot with an 8-9 I am going stop and look it over.

I did find some Wheat door panels on gmpartscenter.net still stupid expensive though. Anyone with an 08-09 willing to post a pic of your door panels for comparison?

I got to look at an 08-09 over the weekend, the door pulls are in a very different location and different style. Very H3 like, so without changing the pulls out they won't work.

So just a matter of new pulls though. It just migh tbe worth looking into. I'm going to the interior shop this friday to discuss upgrades. I'll see if he has any thoughts on the subject.
