Default H2 Noise

I have an 04 h2 with 98,000 miles strong that has been making a thumping noise that i can feel through the gas pedal and floor board of the driver side. (not so much as a noise but a feel). It usually starts at speeds of around 60mph (1800-2000rpm) and stops at around 65-70(2200rpm). I can also feel it on deceleration through those speeds as well. I've had the truck a year now and have tried to ignore it b/c it doesn't affect the drive ability, its just kind of annoying. Has anybody had this issue, any feed back would be great thanks.

I checked them and didn't notice any play or movement. Just to make sure I did it correctly you place the vehicle in neutral and then check the u-joints, right?

Somethings out of balance based on the rpm factor. Bent or out of balance wheel would be the next place to check. How is the wear pattern on the tires from the side the noise occurs on. Maybe the driveshaft is out of balance. Anyone else ???

No excessive or abnormal wear on any of the tires, the weird things is I've felt vibrations due to U-joints and bent rims and this doesn't feel like a vibration, its a thumping. I did go and by U-joint for the front drive shaft they were cheap and there not to hard to fix just to try, but this problem really has me stumped.

I found my problem, so I had a hunch to shake down the front end and the hub assembly on the driver side and passenger side have so much play when I shook the tire it felt like my lug nuts were loose. I thought when wheel bearing go bad you usually get a humming or growling sound that lightens up when you turn. This gave me no symptoms other than a thumping sound at around 60. So I guess I get to return my 30 U-joints and trade them in for 170.00 hub assemblies YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
