Default Air intake and muffler

Greetings H2 Blood brothers - I'm considering adding a cold air intake and muffler to my 2007 H2 SUT. Would these mods actually increase mpg? I'd like a bit more of a throaty rumble, but not something obnoxious. What products would you recommend?

Usually they increase performance a little but don't make a noticeable mpg improvement. I don't have one so can't make a personal recommendation but lots of people have installed the Air Doc and been very happy with it. They are a forum sponsor.

I put a flowmaster exhaust and a K&N cold air intake on my 2005 H2 and I saw no better mpg. Sounds great though!!!

I've got a Flowmaster 50 series also. Only have a drop in Airaid filter. I've got a Flashpaq programmer to with a few other options and have definately in creased, HOWEVER, I'd love some feedback. I am debating on just replacing the tube. Keeping the filter in a box.
