Default '03 H2 rear sag after new airbag installation

I just had new airbags installed on my H2 as one had a leak. After installation, I've noticed that the rear of it is sagging each morning when I go out to drive it. I've talked to the shop who did the install and they say this is normal...I've had the car for 9 years and never noticed this before.

Is this normal? If not, any ideas on what the issue might be, and a good place in San Jose, CA to have it fixed?

Thanks.

That is not normal. I bet your air bags were fine. Most likely a bad line or fitting.

I agree... You should go to the shop that installed the airbags & see if they still have them...keep them as spares....you never know...

That is not normal. I'm guessing that they might have not properly attached the airhose to the top of the airbag....
