9.5 in lift

ok i was going to get the fabtech 6in lift and then do a 2in body lift. then some one told me just do a 9in lift has any one done this. how much did you pay for it and what do you think. the outher ? is do you think a 9in lift is to much? do you think i will be happy with a 6in lift.

i just purchased an 08 wagon, tnt conversions is putting a 9.5 full throttle lift kit next week, ill post pics as soon as i can

9.5" is a lot of lift. I have not lifted a truck before but that seems like too much.

the kit with fox shox was 5500 shipped to new york, tnt and i have done alot of business together so he says he will figure out the labor costs as we go, as soon as shes done ill let you know

9.5 inch lift seems really high but I have seen 20 inch lifts before

That's true...height give a car a certain advantage but get out of a range of 2 or 4 more inches and it will suck on the trails

we've had more issues with the lifted H2s on most of our runs than we have with the stock ones.  the additional brackets hanging down under the frame end up getting hung up more often since they're at the same level as the original frame members.  also seen the lifted H2s have more problems in snow than stock.  but, i doubt a 9" lift for an H2 is meant to be taken offroad, so it's probably not an issue - unless the mall has some really big speedbumps.
