The grey connector that’s cut off in the top of the pic looks old but not obviously defective. I did notice the clamps that lock it in place were broken off. Also, the small connector that has 2-3 wires back there that kind of resembles a coil connector had some of the armore broken off and a bit rough. Bright obviously pointed me to think they were the problem though, but it’s possible
