Default H3 Rock Crawlin' on 2/3 wheels!

A buddy bought a new 4 door Wrangler and wanted to learn how to abuse it properly.

Nice.

How did you like the park?

I have not met anyone yet who has been and was just curious.

Your 07 H3 isn't a solid Dana 60, easy on the skinny pedal champ. Front aluminum diff go boom with too much skinny pedal and sudden traction.

A bit of finesse will get you over many obsticles.

I highly recommend it! They boast 240 miles of trails which makes up the largest off road park in the state of Texas. They also have campsites, RV sites, a shooting range, dirt bike and ATV trails AND rentals ...

It's a great place for a weekend trip with the family - there is a swimming hole on property ... something to do for everyone.

I'm happy to join up with anyone that wants to head out there any weekend.

From their website:
FULL SIZE (4x4) ROCK CRAWLERS
Our full size trails are rated from 1 to 6. Level 1-2 are rated for stock off road vehicles, level
3 are for modified off road vehicles and level 4, 5, 6 are for highly modified vehicles.

Full size and rock crawlers can experience some of the most extreme and difficult to
navigate terrain in Texas. Our rock crawling trails are unlike anything in Texas. Wet & Wild
will take you down and erie creek covered with trees, you will traverse thorugh water and
off camber obstacles or try Wildcat Stairway a combination of an up hill climb with ledges
and dirt to traverse.

I was up there spontaneously on short notice this Saturday. I ran into a group of Jeepers in a jeep club - JKFreaks 2007 - 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Forum. They said they'd be back up there on 10/20 as a big group. I was thinking about joining up with them - great fellas. I have never seen another Hummer out there - it's usually Jeeps and randoms trying out their daily drivers. If anyone is interested in going out there on 10/20, let me know! I'm also happy to speak to the folks that run the place to see if they'll do a group discount should we be able to organize an event.

I know for a fact Frumaker and myself will be up for it. The BLK H3 down the road from me should be up for it so that's 4 H3's and 1 H3T!!!! Anything else sooner????
