I thought about getting mudflaps but by looking at them it didn't appear they would do any good. Thinking about getting these http://hummerpartsclub.com/mm5/merch...e=H3T_specific they look like they may work better but the cost may make it not worthwhile.

About the IPOD adapter cable....does this work with the stock radio? I was looking at getting http://www.nextag.com/Pacific-Micro-...07/prices-html but if i don't need it then that would be great.

I don't mind dirt hitting the truck, but it's all those pesky pebbles and rocks that I'd like to avoid. Maybe I'll set it up so that they're relatively easy to remove or something...

argh, why do these aftermarket/magazine companies keep teasing with near impossible colors to find?!?

I do like those, but yeah pretty pricing. They do come with little flare things though.

I have OEM splash guards, and after the few short weeks I've had the Hummer we've had snow, rain and everything in between. Creates a really thick, soupy, gritty slush with our sanded roads...and the whole side of the vehicle is still painted a lovely shade of dirty, with the flaps. It adds character!

I've got the Monsoon system, and it kicks butt! My first mods were exterior; spare cover(H3Xtreme from Boomerang), and a front brush guard. I'm looking more into an exhaust and an intake now.
I recently order one of those "pee boy" stickers for the back window from Ebay, bought one where they'll make it to say anything to your liking, mine says "TREEHUGGERS".
