Looking for chromed OEM (only OEM) rear tow hooks (also called tow loops) for my 2007 Hummer H2 Special Edition.

They come chromed from the factory on the Special Edition.

I think (but not sure) that the 06-09 hooks are the same size, but the 03-05 may be different size since they have a different part #(can anyone confirm?)

GM used to sell them separately. (see photo). Anyone know the part # for them?

Now you have to buy a large chunk of the rear tire carrier with the hook.

I just need 1, as one has corroded (along with other chrome on the vehicle that I am now replacing).
Trying to keep her looking "like new".

Re-chroming here in Vancouver, BC is too expensive for little parts like that, so that is not a good option.
Unless someone knows of a good chrome plating outfit, preferably in Western USA or Western Canada (I am on the west coast)?
