As for shipping, not really though, just take it to any UPS Store and they'll box it up for you. You just show up with the part and tell them where its going - they do the rest. I've even seen smaller privately owned mailbox/shipping stores do this as well!

What bunger is trying to say is that shipping might kill the deal. Expensive to ship a bumper!
