Would you buy this Alpha?
 

Hey guys and gals,

Would you buy this H3 Alpha? Even after you saw the service history and the heavily used tow hitch out back?

The differentials and T case was replaced within the first year of ownership and later the front drive shaft. There was not mention of tune up or any other maintenance other than replacement of catalytic converter, belts, oil changes and some HVAC recall.

What do you guys think? am I buying some else problems or is this a tried and true champion?

Kinda odd that stuff being replaced within the first year, but sure, I'd buy it if the price and condition were good.

If the price is right, could be a good buy; but don't rely on the CarFax. Mine had a super clean CarFax, but after owning awhile I have found evidence of significant body damage in the front end and passenger side (new body parts, paint etc.). Still love my H3 and all, but kinda annoying that CarFax missed such a significant issue.

Nope. I'd look for a cherry lol! Of course.
