Wiper not working properly

Every time I start my Truck the wipers turn on and then just stop where ever they feel like. To bring them back to the park position I have to use the highest speed cause that the only speed that works. Does anybody know if its the wiper motor or the wiper switch?
Thanks

I had a similar issue, mine were coming on for no reason and then they would stop whenever the wished. I figured out that it was the motor. first I tried to just blow it out with a air gun and that didn't work. I replaced it and it was fine, that was 6 months ago.

this topic was covered b4,?? back then i mentioned,1 i never saw the h3 motor, 2 i had a similar problem with a pontiac trans sport minivan wiper.
the problem was solder on the circuit board inside the motor case. it does the delay
the connector pins needed to be resoldered. could be?? same.
caution,,remove the batt terminal b4 moving the motor. if it decides to rotate it has power to cripple your hand and you cant stop it. very dangerous
