I found a good deal on a set of slightly used 35" tires and rims and I want to know if they'll fit our H3. I would only be using them on the weekends when off-roading. The wheels are "17x9in MotoMetal Chrome Wheels Unknown offset, came off of a Suburban 6x5.5 Bolt Pattern " and the tires "35x12.5x17 Dick Cepek Tires FC-II".

I know size-wise the tires will fit, but not sure if the rims will work.

Yes, they will fit! I had to add 3/8 inch spacer plates to stop the inside knobbies on the tires from rubbing the 1 inch round sterring stab bars when i had it held hard right or hard left. Doesn't rub or touch anything even going through big dips and bounces until I held the str. wheel hard either direction. The plates stopped it for me.

 

I'm not so concerned about the tires as I am about the wheels fitting on the H3. Something about needing large centers?
