Wider tires

Wider tires
I have been thinking of replacing the
tires on my Hummer H2 with a wider set
but can't seem to find anything for a
17" rim. I would like to stay with a
35" tire but go with a 14.5 or 15.5
wide. I don't want 22" rims or street
tires. Does anybody know if a 16" or
16.5 rim would have enough clearence
for the brake and stearing systems.
