why no moderator abilities?

why no moderator abilities?

In the detailing forum I have no moderating abilities. There is a post in there about installing a back up cam on an H3 that I was going to move into the appropriate forum but I can't do anything. I don't get the little hammer Icon next to the threads or anything.

Ido not know it was like that before Dennis but im sure they can add it because of a couple other topics where like that and Patrick add us
