Default Why an H4 forum but no H3T forum ????

Im not being critical or anything as I really do like this forum, I was just wondering why we have an H4 forum but no H3T forum.

I have been following as much as possible, information on theup-coming H3T for quite awhile now, it has seemed to me that the H3T has been more of a reality for longer than the H4 and it would also seem like the H3T will be available before the H4.

Me thinks the H3T is going to be very popular, does it not deserve its own forum as the H4 does?

Just wondering.

Cheers
Davyo

The moderators are going have to create the threads for these vehicles.

It's thrown in with the H3 Forum. My guess is until the H3T is released laterthis summer. Not much to say until a few get out there on the road.

There will be an H3T Forum eventually, just a matter of when. If you want a new H3T forum, let us know what you think in this thread.

Yes, and hurry up! -vs- No

Thanks.

NO..I think combining it with the H3 works fine. The only difference is the mini-bed.

While a lot of the the H3 info will apply to the H3T, I suspect there will
be a lot of questions and information that is model specific to the "T".

SO....thinking along those lines, I say go ahead and create the forum
along with all the prerequisite sticky's for FAQs, T&W fitment, etc....
Perhaps even assign a dedicated moderator to oversee the possible influx
of newbies to both the Hummer community and life in the forums.

It will be very interesting to see how the aftermarket reacts to this vehicle
and what sort of product will be available. I can see a never ending thread
on spare tire relocation: hitch carrier vs tail gate carrier vs across the top
of the bed carrier vs an on the roof carrier.

BTW: As a sign of things to come, I just added H3T to my spell checker dictionary...

While the promo info seems to indicate there will be some differences between the H3 and H3T, at least initially, I would think they could co-exist in the same forum.

Segregation is so 1950s

I say leave them in the same forum, otherwise you end up with duplicate threads in each covering 3/4 of the vehicle. If it's specific to the H3T, just indicate it in the subject line. I witnessed this when I was on a Ford truck forum and the F150 SuperCrew came out and they gave it it's own forum. The standard response was "there is already a thread on this in the F150 forum".
