Why are fender flares so Expensive for H3??

WOW, I have been reading in the forum and trying to shop. Anyone found any Flender Flares that are NOT $300-$400???

will the bottom ones for $289 fit with my factory Mud flaps? I will probably need to relocate my mud flaps then out past the fender to match the flares correct??

I would love to get the SEMA H3 fenders!!! Serves as flairs and looks really cool!!

I paid almost $700 for the flares on my JK and the flares on my dodge cost me almost $400!! All flares cost $$$$$
