Default Where to find an H1 for a cheap price?

I'm looking into buying a hummer and was wondering where I could find either a military humvee or any of the H1 models for a price under $20,000. Also, which do people prefer most... the wagon version or the pickup version? I am very undisided as to which I like better.

There are very few Hummers or HMMWVs in that price range; if you plan to buy a "cheap" Hummer, you should educate yourself thoroughly about what to look for, and know exactly know what you are getting into.

That said, I coincidentally selling a military HMMWV, coincidentally priced just below $20k: http://www.serious4x4.com/hmmwv

It is a military truck, though, not a civilian luxury vehicle -- it has been registered and inspected in the state of NH, and driven on the road. It runs great, operates as it should in every way... it is what it is.

I am also looking for a 94 or maybe 95 H1 and I think the market is going in the mid 20k for one.

Good luck in your search

Mike

I am starting my search for a H1, you can get very nice vehicles for about $40k, my guess is that under $20k is going to equate to it being very spartan

I would love to own this vehicle, i could likely get it for under 40k, max bid is like 35k right now, i just dont have the garage space right now or the free time to put into playing with it like i want to.

my goal is to own a H1 in 2008
