Default Where can I get these lights?

I've seen 2 H3's this week with these. One had clear lights and the other had blacked out lenses. Are these spot lights or cab lights? I like the look of these but was also thinking of some smoked out cab lights.

Those are an OEM option that was available as a Hummer dealer add-on. The 'blacked-out' ones you saw may have been the lights with the black plastic protective covers on, that came with them. I don't think they're still being manufactured, but if you look around different Hummer accy. websites, there are still some out there.

The blacked out ones probably just had the cover on them. Yes they look good, give a nice style....Do you want them for the look or to use? if to use, expect huge reflection off the bonnet which will make looking out your windscreen pointless, especially if going anywhere at a good speed...you could look at adding a matt black foil/sticker to the bonnet to reduce the reflection,.if you need lights put them somewhere else.....but they do look nice, I have them, are usefull for setting up camp etc at night but not driving....my answer for night dune driving.....

I had wanted them for looks; are they driving lights or off-road purpose lights?

these "off road" lights, illegal in many places for driving with, dont know about the states, but you'd likley blind oncoming traffic and since you wont be able to see out a bug smeered windcreen, its a wreck waiting to happen....still they look nice, matte black sticker/foil will help reduce the reflection...even with the covers on they look cool....good luck and enjoy your truck...

well, youre not suppose to drive on the roadways anyways with them on, thats why theyre called 'off-road' driving lights. and yes a few states such as cali require covers for them as well as any lights exceeding 6 on the front.
