No clue first time I've seen that 1
|
It's almost like they've taken the rail system that's incorporated into the top of the slant back caps and created just a skeleton rail system. Looks great.

Sugarphreak, where did you find this pic?
|
I love the slant back look, but not crazy about losing my rear vision... this Rack is pretty much exactly what I am looking for.
It came from a review that Car & Driver did on the H3T It is also shown on the Canadian Hummer website in the sketch with the raft on top. http://www.gm.ca/gm/english/vehicles/hummer/ Clearly it exists... I just have no idea who sells it! |
I'm guessing Boomerang development team.
"But wait, there’s more! We rode with a member of the Boomerang development team, in an H3T sporting one of their accessory racks. Still in development, the rack was set up to carry kayaks, but we gave them plenty of other ideas to work on since they’re not done yet." Found thier web site:
http://www.hummertirecovers.com/ The rack is not listed, but their contact info is. Let us know if you find out anything about the rack....looks interesting. Thanks, WGW |
Great find, I sent them an e-mail asking if they have any more information, ball park price range, pictures and when they intend to release it.

there are alot of stuff that was SUPPOSED to be introduced when the H3T became available that never made it anywhere to be purchased. Remember that was one of the big things with the H3T all the accessories...75% never came to be.....thanks Hummer!!! I'm still waiting on the bike choke!

Yeah I havn't heard a thing back from them on this, they probably just dumped my e-mail into the junk folder.
