Where is the Camshaft Position Sensor located

Hey guys, can anyone tell me how to reach the camshaft pos. sensor? I've read a couple places where people say they changed it in 10-15 min but I can't locate it nor know what to do to get it out. Any help would be appreciated.

I just did a Google image search for cam position sensor ls motor and came up with all kinds of exploded views etc. Try there.

Could it be you are looking for a crank positioning sensor instead?

Thanks for the replies gentlemen.

My check engine light came on and was showing a code P0342 - Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage. I finally figured out that the sensor is at the back of the engine near the firewall and isn't visible to the eye when you're just looking for it. I was able to remove it and replace it with one that I got from Autozone. It cleared the issue for about a day then my truck began to hesitate to start again and would not fire up until the 3rd or 4th try. The CEL immediately came back on and again I have p0342 showing up. Now I'm starting to think that it could be my battery which is the issue. I've read where a weak battery could cause this so I'll get it replaced and see what happens.
