Wheeling?
 

Just went on a very fun camping/4x4 trip outside of the calico ghost town, just north of barstow,ca.

three days of dust,dirt and exploring forgotten mines. had 52 vehicles, only two losses (both jeeps that broke axles) so overall a good trip.

Any Offroaders here live in the Los angeles area and wanna go for a trek?

There are quite a few of us in SoCal that wheel. Big K on here is having a meet and greet in SoCal this weekend.

This is a meet and greet for SoCal Hummer owners to get to know each other and talk about the types of events people want to do. Kurt put this together. he is a member of most if not all of the Hummer forums and several clubs but this is about getting Hummer owners out in the their trucks. This meeting is not affiliated with any particular group. If you can make it you would meet a good sized group of like minded people. I will not be there as I am wheeling and hunting in the Mojave Desert this weekend. All Hummer owners are welcome. Everyone's input is encouraged.

Here's another Mojave Desert treasure - I'm originally from the LA area and we used to four wheel and dirt bike by Cuddeback, an old bombing range ~35 miles north east of Edwards AFB. It wasn't unusual to find old bombs, ammunition, etc there...

I'm interested but work on saturdays....argghh.
