Default Wheel question

Hello all, I can get a set of GM 22" chrome wheels and tires that came off a 2011 LTZ Tahoe. I know the bolt pattern is the same as my H3 and the ride height is also 31". Question is has anyone tried this before and how much did the tires stick out if any? Thanks for your help!!

The bolt pattern may be the same but the hub bore is different. The hub bore on full size GM trucks and SUV is to small.

X2!!!! Also your tires are at least 32" to 33" tall right now. So if you do this (have the wheels center bore milled out to be "hub centric" to the H3 hub size) you will be puting miles on at a greater rate with the 31" without a speedo recalculation.

Thanks for the info! I did make a mistake. They are 33" tall not 31" Weird to me that the hub bores woud be different since its basically built on a Colorado platform. Looks like more trouble than worth at this point

Very incorrect statement. Less than 10% of the overall H3 is from the Canyon/Colorado platform. Most of that is the interior wiring, switches, blower motor, etc. The fame is a heavily modified Coly/Canyon version for rigidity and OffRoad performance.

We don't share a blower motor with the Colorado / Canyon, we share it with the Solstice / Sky

You are correct Sir! Sorry, I should have stated that the 10% overall is from the GM "parts bin". The rest is all H3/H3T.
