I'm a Chevy guy. I'm also a Hummer guy. I like the brand because they have always taken care of anything that goes wrong and because they dont burn up 3 engines and 2 transmissions before 100,000 miles (See my sisters Excursion)

However, the door panels in my 04' H2 are REDICULOUS. If you have the problems with them you understand, if you don't... You will.

My question is this. Has anyone found a source for rebuilt door panels that don't cost 600 bucks? At first it started with the passenger rear one, small crack in the tray turned into a big crack turned into the tray came off. Now it's the driver front.

I'm just gonna replace all 4 of them to be certain, but I can't seem to find a decent source.

Suggestions?

 

I have a small crack in my front passenger door panel...its hardly noticable now..hopefully it will stay that way. I am debating using some epoxy on it so it wont get any bigger...

as for a source for door panels..cant help ya there, but let us know if you find some.

 

I bought replacements on eBay!!! Just have to be patient and keep checking!!!

Yikes! I haven't had any trouble with mine...knock on wood...I have 2 boys climbing in and out everyday kicking the heck out of my doors. Maybe I'm just lucky, hope I stay lucky.

Have you checked at having them plastic welded and renforced. Would be a whole lot cheaper than buying new panels
