what is best ipod mp3 hookup for H3 '06

Looking to finally put a ipod mp3 hookup in my '06 H3, I have the 6 disc moonsoon in my hummer now. What do you reccomend? any good brands out there where to get it installed. Im in Nor. Cal.now

there are a few threads regarding this and a good one is a harness that a guy makes that is super easy to install, even with the monsoon system. i installed it and it works great.
