Finally got some nice weather out so I was able to roll down the windows for the first time, when I did I heard a noise coming from the front wheel. It sounded like a broom rubbing across concrete. It is not a continuous noise, it seems to only be happening when the same spot rotates. I had the windows down yesterday I do not think I heard the noise, could it have been something I drove over? I can provide a video if needed. Any help is much appreciated!

 

That noise usually signals a bad hub bearing.

 

In my case it was the Chrome Plating coming off the inside of the wheels swipping on the caliper each revolution.
