Weird noise from 03 H2

sometimes theres a weird noise coming from the speaker or mic (not sure what it is) right about the driver seat. Does anyone know what it is? Its an 03 H2.

The sound kind of sounds like the air compressor for the air ride but it is not.

Above your head would be the Inside Air Temperature Sensor and I "think" there is a small fan in it. The other piece above your head but closer to the sun visor would be the OnStar Mic.
