Wax in the wrong places...

I have accidentally gotten wax on the plastic luggage rack area right above the driver side doors. Is there way to get this off of the plastic? So far it has been a PITA. thanks in advance.

Rub peanut butter (Smooth not chunky) across the trim to remove wax residue. The oils in peanuts dissolve car wax. Wipe away any excess peanut butter with a clean, dry cloth.

I waited days for this reply.....this trick actually works. I learned it from an auto detailer years ago. Its a bit expensive trick but reminds you next time not to wax those areas.

im thinking of a new look,,,do a heavy wax job on the trim and see how it looks with brite white trim!!

washed the roof and saw super white where u cant see frum the ground,so maybe white would be a nice change . it would sure simplify waxing!!

i wax the glass now, why not the trim?!!

btw,b2b works 4 me and i cant remember when it didnt rain 8 days a week
