I installed the 5904 with the DBALL Xpresskit in both of mine. The DBALL eliminates a lot of hard wiring. Haven't had any issues with them. Most of the wiring for the remote start goes into the harness that hmer has a pic of at the beginning post. This is where the ignition switch wires lead to from the switch so you don't have to take the steering column covers off. If you do it yourself, you can get the DBALL from ebay from someone that flashes the H2 info into it for you. I added the Smartstart to my wife's and found a valid activation code online for it.
