Vibrating hummer

HI everyone ,

My 2006 H2 vibrated when passing a bump , the whole truck vibrate and stay like that for at least 1 1/2 second .
I'm guessing that maybe the shock absorber need to be replaced .
H2 has 66000 miles , I think it was never off road .
I did a quick inspection and there is not oil leak on the shocks .

What would you guys recommend me .
If need to be replaced which will give me a smoother ride .
Thanks

BTW original rims/tires size , not lifted

Vibration after hitting a bump is not usually your shocks. bad shocks will cause bouncing, but not a vibration. It sounds like a combination of things but I'd start with your steering dampener, see if its leaking. if not then check the front suspension and make sure you don't have any play in it. like idlar/pitman arms, ball joints or tie rods. then I'd check tire balance, I know that its not the tires only but they could be adding to the shaking if they are starting to come apart or out of balance.

any alignment shop worth a damn will check those items for you if you bring it in and ask them too.
