i have some other ideas but i need to make sure i can use them without getting in trouble (copyright) like all the hummer logos and the like ..

Never talked with an attorney about this did you? The word "Hummer" is protected itself by Copyright and Trademark and you cannot print it on any product for sale without license.

The notice at GM.com makes it pretty clear.

he's working on this now yes late . trying to at least get a licence to use the word hummer without using the same font like other stores online who already print even all the hummer logos for a while now . now i dont have to take anything down .but the lawyer who is helping me deal with all this had told me today thats a better idea to stop till we get an answer with pricing . simple as that .
