Is this stuff permanent unlike everything else on the market?

hmer 05-18-2014 08:02 PM

Lojacs yes it is , this not like plastidip ....

That stuff beats what I was using...............

I started with "Back to Black", then found "Like New" that touts you apply once and get a shine for a year.

Now Like New has a version that you put on your tires that keeps them shiny without using silicone. I dont think I want that stuff.

I was speaking more of products like, back to black, griots-those products. They say apply once a year or every so many months but yet they don't last. A permanent product would be awesome!

As far as i can tell is just regular plastic bumper paint . 2 people that i know were using back to black and started using this rust oleum cans thwy even did their wheel well covers and its holding up pretty well too ...
Here is an older picture of my wheel wells http://i61.tinypic.com/2dmb24x.jpg
I got it as clean as i could and spray it with this thing and here is what it looks like now ...http://i62.tinypic.com/2vw5qif.jpg

That looks great. Keep us informed on how it holds up. Any special prep for the plastic parts?
