Default Truck won't turn over

Went to start truck after sitting for two days. Doesn't kick over and start. Battery brand new. Any suggestions??? Never had trouble before.

Check your fuses first. Without power, it won't turn over. Do all of the lights come on when you turn the key to the run position?

Hmmm... I know the feeling of needing to get home being far away. I would start with your ignition fuse to make sure you are getting power to the starter. After you have verified the fuse is okay, check the connection to the starter itself. It may have come loose causing your troubles. If that's not it, I'm not too sure what else to tell you.

So it IS trying to turn over. Sounds more like a spark issue. You made it sound like it wasn't doing anything. Well at least it's trying to. What kind of air filter are you running? If you have a K&N, a lot of the times the oil will foul out the MAF sensor which will also not allow the truck to start or stay running.

Not exactly sure what spot it is but it is in your fuse block under the hood. It's right in front of your battery.
