Hi,

I plan to change the t-case and tranny oil to Dexron VI. Will drain oil, change filter, fill up with Dexron VI, disconnect the oil coolers outflow line and start engine to get the old oil out of the torque converter while filling up with new.
Does anyone have an idea about how much oil I need for this procedure?

I think it is in your owners manual in capacities.... I dropped the pan and did mine and I think I put 6quarts back in.... but I seem to remember the owners manual saying 13 or so....

It makes a big difference... from when I did just the pan... to when I had the complete flush after my accident... the tranny feels solid at a little over 60k miles...

I couldnĀ“t find any capacities in the manual... Except motor oil.
I bought the car last year with 45k mi on and now itĀ“s over 60. Manual tells me to change tcase fluid at 50, so I think itĀ“s a good idea to do the transmission too. Since I donĀ“t know what the last owner did on the fluids.
