Transmission issues on -08 H3 Alpha

I think that my wifes H3 Alpha shifts a little rough between 1st and 2nd gear, at speed the the car shifts smooth as any automatic between 2nd and up.

Is this a common issue?

The H3 only have 23000 miles on it.

2008 Alpha, 24,000 mi., shifts just fine.

It has the 100k warranty right? I wouldn't worry about it and if it blows after 100k FLT makes a badass trans you can drop in for a good price...stock 4l60e's are known to be week if they are hammered on.
