on occassion my says "serv TPM" I know my tires are all the same. Im thinking it may be a battery problem with one of the TPM's (if there is one)?

Mine keep coming on after a flat. Turns out the sensor was damaged because I drove more than about 20 yards which is what the dealer told me was all it takes to damage one.

Not sure where you live, but with all these cold temps lately you might want to have him look at the TPM batteries. If they have some age on them all it takes is a really cold night to drain one of them where it will work improperly and throw a signal. I have a 2007 that came off the assembly line in December 2006. I dont know how long those TPM batteries were hanging around but I do know they are somewhere between 4-5 tears old. Just my 2 cents, i cant get my TPM right either. batteries are the next step for me.
