To my knowledge there isn't a recall, and often on the H2s it's just clogged, not necessarily the seals (though it could be). Do you park outside a lot or near a tree that drops a bunch of crap?

The seals themselves won't be expensive, but the labor of taking apart the sunroof to make sure that's the problem can jack up the price.

Default I had same issue

I just had the same problem where water stays in the track and will either leak directly down out of the sun roof, or under the dash. The drains are clogged, you can go to a hummer dealership and they'll blow them out for you with a air hose. Thats what I did!

Almost always the drains being clogged is the culprit. I have had the problem on every single vehicle with a sunroof at some point. Opted for no sunroof on my T, I do miss having one but no water will ever come in that way.
