Tire / Wheel Combination Question

The Dick Cepek rims have -13mm offset with 4.52" backspace. I think stock wheel is 16x7.5 with +38mm offset, but I don't know the backspace. I don't mind the tire sticking out from the fender a couple of inches, but I don't want anything rubbing on the body of the Hummer.
There is another 18x9 wheel I found that has a +18mm offset and a 5.71" backspace. I'm sure this would result in the wheel/tire sticking out less from the fender, but would it get me any additional clearance when at full turn right and left?

It will sure improve the situation but the question is if it will be enough?!
Back space is there the better measure to look at as the offset does not look at the size of the wheel.
The same offset on a 7.5" or 9" wheel results in complete different backspace!

As long you compare within 16x9 the offset and backspace is like...apples to apples!
When you compare 16x7.5 to 16x9 only the backspace would be ....apples to apples
offset then like...apples to bananas...

Update,
Note: I have not received my Bilstein shocks yet and have not cranked up the T-bars.
Got the tires and wheels (Dick Cepek DC-2 18x9 wheels and Nitto Trail Grappler LT295-70R18 tires) and had one tire mounted onto one wheel. We put it on the driver's side front, then lowered the Hummer back to the ground. Cranked the steering wheel all the way to the left and had about 1/16" clearance between the tire and the inner wheel well (back of wheel opening on fender). Cranked the steering wheel all the way to the right and had about 1/16" clearance between the tire and the plastic molding under the front bumper. Put the stock wheel/tire back on the Hummer for now.
The tire/wheel combo might work going straight down the road, but I think even turning into our driveway might cause the tire to make contact with the body panels when the body rolls a little bit from the transition from the road to the incline of our driveway. I'm hoping that leveling the front end and installing the Bilstein shocks will result in additional clearance. If not, I may have to go with the Trail Grapplers in the LT285-65R18. The 285's are about 1.6" shorter and .2" wider than the 295's.
I will post updates and photos soon.

Great news!
Received the Bilstein shocks and extended bump stops about 5:30pm on Friday (UPS).
Leveled the front end (was at 21.5") to 23.5" and installed the new shocks first thing yesterday. The Cepeks and Nitto's fit great with no clearance issues!!! Front end alignment first thing Monday morning.
Already turning heads and getting compliments on a cruise through town. My wife loves me more than she did before!! LOL.
Will post some pics soon.
