Tire Fitment

I am Changing the rims on my H2. I want to keep my same tires. I currently have 315/70/17 on 17" x 8" rims. Can I keep the same tires on 17" x 10" rims with out damaging the bead or bulging the tire?

I have sent a friend of mine that owns a tire business an email and am awaiting his response........

The response I got was you shouldn't have any problems.
