Thump when wheel is turned
 

First, just like to say Ive gone threw a lot of old threads looking for my issue and didnt see any-

When standing, I hear and feel a thump whener I turn the wheel left or right. When moving I cant hear or feel it.
I also get a good bit more whine when I am cutting the wheel sharp when parallel parking.

Any thoughts?
