Thoughts on Seat belt harnesses?

Thought about getting a new seat belt system for my 07' H3 and had a few ideas... Now I know very little about the harness types and brands or online stores to get them? Recommendations? I know however, that i do not want a 5-point harness and SO FAR prefer the 4 point harness. I don't want the 5-point because it's going to take off my *kahunnas* if i brake too hard or hit something. And that gentlemen and ladies (if there are any on the forum) would suck very bad... So back to the thread; any ideas on set-ups, will this look ricey, bad, good, unique, etc.? I've always wanted a 4 point harness but i really don't want to look ricey so the ideas still there. Thanks...

anyone know any sites i can check the legalities of these harnesses? I don't mind a ticket but i'd rather avoid them. I live in TN, license and registered vehicle (H3) in TN, but frequently travel VA on weekends for family reasons. I'd really appreciate the additional info on laws. However, if it has a bunch of law "mumbo jumbo" then please don't post it because i'll have to look up all the legal terms and thats pointless for an explanation lol :D I have a feeling i need to call my local police station but i'd rather not lol.
