Is there anywhere legal to off-road around Philadelphia?

I live 20 minutes northwest of Philadelphia and i have been off road before, I have mainly gone wheeling in the Scranton area on abandoned farms, or big properties friends own. I've navigated deep water/mud, sand, rocks and deep snow. But I've never been to a park and really want to try it. So I've started looking around and all i could find was the Pine Barrens in New Jersey which is mostly water, mud and sand (from what i have read). Also I've read about Rausch Creek, which looks like it offers more easy and challenging trails. But it seems to be one of the last parks in this area, is there anything im missing?

My true question is, other then those two is there anywhere else legal to off-road in this area, or within 100 miles Philadelphia?

Thanks very much for your help,
AJ K.

Check with Muddydawg or bennersj, they can help you out with wheeling sites in that area.
