Default Suspension measurement. Fender lip to ground

I asked this in the H3t forum and no one was able to assist. I wanted to get a measurement from the fender lip to the ground from a truck with factory or non altered suspension. I have a suspension kit on my truck and i'm curious if the front was adjusted more then specified. I've attached two pics of mine (back then front) and it shows roughly 36" from the ground to the fender. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Measuring from the fender lip to the center of the hubcap is preferred, takes the variables of tire size, brand and wear out of the equation. For a non-modified truck, 23.5" is a practical max distance. Going over that puts too much of an angle on the CV joints. They came from the factory all over the place, but 22.25 seemed to be about average iirc.
